Transparent and Regular Updates
Keeping you in the loop is our top priority. As such, we make sure you’re never left wondering about the progress of your home build. We provide you with detailed visual updates on a weekly basis, and our internal team meets every two days—or even more frequently if needed—to monitor the construction progress. These meetings serve as regular check-in points, facilitating active dialogue and ensuring all your queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
Pre-Possession and Post-Possession Walkthroughs
Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to handing over the keys, we accompany you on a walkthrough of your new home. This is our opportunity to identify and rectify any potential issues before you move in, making your transition as smooth as possible. On possession day, we conduct another walkthrough with you to confirm all previously identified concerns have been resolved.
Continued Support and Scheduled Check-Ins
Even after you’ve settled in, we remain committed to your satisfaction. We schedule home check-ins at three-month intervals to ensure everything is in perfect working order and to address any emerging issues promptly. Our post-possession service underscores our belief in building lifelong relationships with our clients, grounded in trust, quality, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
